Third week of WOW

Hope everybody’s fine after a super strong 15 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) last week. Its not easy at all, even the scaled workouts are pushing people to the max. That’s the only way to improve and get better. Cannot express how exciting are these days for me and how good I feel when I see change and improvement on you. This is my way towards health and fitness. 

Pls see below the results, we have an amazing record 19 rounds in 15 min time way ahead all other results.

That means 190 box jump and 285 of butterfly sit-ups … super fit, super healthy and a bit insane 🙂  ….

  2. somebody’s asking what’s my WOW – last week the Lunge matrix with burpee matrix was 6:20, the Box jump with Butterfly sit-ups only 14 rounds ….
    We should try a group WOW
